A bit about me

I was born and raised in Sweden, and presently reside in Stockholm. Growing up multiculturally helped me understand the vastness of human experience, and led to my obtaining a bachelor’s degree in social psychology from Halmstad University.

Driven by a yearning to find teachings that transcended the world, but could still be applied to our everyday lives, I immersed myself in various Eastern philosophies, including the teachings of Osho (Rajneesh), Papaji, Ramana Maharshi, Jiddu Krishnamurti, Acharya Prashant, among others. Eventually, I discovered A Course in Miracles (ACIM) and the work of Dr. Kenneth Wapnick, both of which had an immediate and profound effect on me. Since those first moments, both the Course itself, and the teachings of Dr. Wapnick, have been my primary spiritual practice. One of the highlights of my life was travelling to California to attend one of Dr. Wapnick's workshops, and meet him in person before his death in 2013.

What resonates most deeply with me is ACIM's unique approach to integrating our darkness, resistance, and conflicted interpersonal relationships into the path of healing. Learning this for myself, and sharing it with others, has become the focus of my spiritual life.
