WORK WITH ME

Like in my books, I go straight to the point, while still listening in and being empathetic. I want to help you better understand the processes within yourself so you can clearly see what's needed for yourself.

Everyone can make use of someone with an outside perspective, as we ourselves tend to become too close to see how we support our problems.

It's very important that we work together as a team so we make room for your inner voice as well. A loving relationship itself can be quite healing just by itself.

I hope to provide you with a reflecting mirror so you can recognize what's truly occurring and thus, lighten up on yourself.

Individual or Group Sessions

Fee: $75–95 USD per hour (based on your financial situation).
Flexibility: Sessions often extend beyond the hour at no extra charge if it benefits the healing process. I prioritize maintaining the flow and momentum of our work.
Accessibility: If financial constraints are a concern, I’m happy to adjust the fee to ensure the session is accessible to you.
Format: Connect via video or audio calls over the internet.
Languages: Fluent in both English and Swedish.
Recordings: Sessions can be recorded (audio and video) and shared with you for later reference and deeper integration.
